FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing pyrolysis filler — technical carbon from used rubber technical products and/or materials and can be reused as raw material in production of commercial rubber mixtures. Method involves loading rubber technical articles and/or materials into a reactor, rotating the reactor with a change in the direction of rotation relative to its axis and heating the walls of reactor to 420 °C for 48 hours. Heating of the reactor walls is stopped when the temperature of the pyrolysis gas reaches 250 °C, after which cooling is performed. Reactor is rotated with angular speed of not more than 1.5 rpm, reactor is rotated in one direction for not more than 45 minutes, and when heating the walls of the reactor, automatic metal separation is additionally used.
EFFECT: obtaining homogeneous pyrolysis filler with specified operational characteristics and properties providing physical and mechanical properties of raw materials during production of rubber mixtures.
