FIELD: pulp and paper industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and can be used to produce a base material which is processed into a core water-absorbing layer of fluffed cellulose when producing disposable absorbent paper products for sanitary and hygienic purposes. Cellulose composite material contains non-ground bleached sulphate coniferous sheet cellulose (BSCC) and active mineral filler (AMF), or non-ground BSCC and bleached sulphate hardwood sheet cellulose (BSHC) and AMF, or ground to 18-22 °SR BSCC, BSHC and AMF. Mass is simultaneously dissolved in water using a pulper in the following ratio, wt.%: 90-95 non-ground BSCC and 10-5 AMF, or 50 non-ground BSCC, 40-45 BSHC and 10-5 AMF, or 50 BSCC, ground to 18-22 °SR, 40-45 BSHC and 10-5 AMF. Micro-fine heterofibre products of salts of alkali metals of silicic acid with average diameter of 0.4 mcm or 0.25 mcm are used as AMF.

EFFECT: increased capacity of water absorption at reduction of specific consumption of cellulose fibre.
