FIELD: control and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, particularly, to piezoelectric pressure sensors. Piezoelectric shock wave pressure sensor has a current-conducting housing, on one side of which a current-conducting membrane is fixed, and on the other — a current-conducting base. Behind the membrane there are two working piezoelectric elements with a current-collecting plate between them, a current-conducting inertial mass, a vibration-compensating piezoelectric element is polarized in the opposite direction relative to the working piezoelectric elements and is electrically connected in series to one of the working piezoelectric elements. Capacitor is electrically connected in parallel to the working piezoelectric element with one output through the current-collecting plate, and with the other output through the current-conducting inertial mass. On the base there is a printed-circuit board with current-conducting sites for connection of measuring instruments and a capacitor.
EFFECT: reduced amplitude of oscillations in the electric signal of the piezoelectric sensor, which are caused by vibration accelerations in the sensor design.
