FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: compensating piezoelectric element with transverse radial polarization direction, mounted on a dielectric gasket between a working piezoelectric element and the base, allows the mechanical stresses arising at the base due to its deformation to be transformed into a proportional electrical signal used to compensate the interference signal from the monitored object deformation.
EFFECT: reducing the sensitivity of the piezoelectric accelerometer to deformation of the monitored object with reducing overall dimensions, increasing the resonant frequency, and increasing the upper limit of the operating frequency range.
