FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organosilicate polymer compositions for producing dielectric, heat-resistant hot-curing coatings on metals and can be used to protect structural elements exposed to both high temperatures and an aqueous medium. Disclosed is a polymer organosilicate composition based on an organosilicon polymer of a ladder structure of polyphenylsilsesquioxane (PPSQ), which additionally contains finely dispersed silicate filler in the form of muscovite mica and a pigment — chromium (III) oxide in the following ratios of components, wt.%: PPSQ — 35–60; muscovite mica — 25–40; chromium (III) oxide — 5–35.
EFFECT: invention provides preservation of dielectric characteristics of the coating after high-temperature exposure up to 350 °C and resistance of coating in fresh and sea water.
