FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for processing agricultural raw materials and can be used for drying vegetable food products. Unit comprises two drying chambers: preliminary drying chamber 1 with convection drying process with open circulation of drying agent in form of street air and additional drying chamber 2 with condensation drying process with closed circulation of drying agent in form of freon. Inside their housings drying chambers have upper 3 and 4, ventilation 5 and 6 and loading compartments 7 and 8, which in each chamber are highlighted by guide planes 9 and 10, as well as a unit of fans 11 and 12, above which in upper compartments 3 and 4 there are heat exchangers-heaters 13 and 14. Pre-drying chamber 1 is equipped with a recuperator supply and exhaust ventilation device 15. Additional drying chamber 2 is made with condensation compartment 18 for cooling of drying agent by means of heat pump, heat exchanger-cooler 19 and fan 20 of which are located inside condensation compartment 18, and compressor 21 and receiver 22 outside the housing of additional drying chamber 2. Drying chambers are made with loading compartments 7 and 8 for trolleys-racks 29, rolled through loading passages 30 and 31 with doors 32 and 33 on the side.

EFFECT: simplified design with high operational properties, improved quality of dried material, reduced time of drying, reduced power consumption, increased efficiency.
