SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and veterinary science, particularly to production of preparations for prevention and treatment of poultry dysbacteriosis. Method of producing a probiotic with a cuticle of a Black soldier fly pupa involves cultivation of probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus 20 VKPM: B-2707 and Enterococcus faecium K-50 VKPM: B-2579 for 24 hours on skim milk at temperature of 37 °C, mixing of the obtained microbial suspensions with the cuticles of the pupae of the Black soldier fly being thermally treated at temperature of 160 °C for 2 hours Lactobacillus acidophilus 20 VKPM B-2707 : Enterococcus faecium K-50 VKPM B-2579 : cuticle of pupae of the Black soldier fly, making 1:1:2, where the ratio indicates the volume of the culture liquid of the bacteria and the weight of the cuticles of the pupae of the Black soldier fly, with subsequent drying at temperature of 45 °C for 12 hours to moisture content of 8%.

EFFECT: fodder probiotic produced by the disclosed method provides additional growth of poultry live weight, reduction of fodder consumption and high safety of poultry.
