FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and fodder production. Method of feeding agricultural birds includes feeding, from the daily age to slaughter, full-ration feedstuff to which is added a feed additive with probiotic activity, previously prepared by mixing a complex of bacterial strains in the form of a dry powder with a filler. Strain complex includes two strains: Bacillus megaterium B-4801 bacterium strain and Enterococcus faecium 1-35 bacteria strain, the dried biomass of which in mixture in equal amounts is applied to the filler in the form of burnt crumbs of diatomite, containing live bacteria. Enterococcus faecium 1-35 2.2×108 CFU and living bacteria Bacillus megaterium B-4801 2.1×108 CFU in 1 g of fodder additive.
EFFECT: invention provides a feed additive with a wide range of probiotic effects; feeding of the feed additive promotes increase of digestibility and assimilability of nutrients of the ration, ensures an increase in the safety of the young birds and the increase in live weight.
