FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective composition based on polyurea, which can be used for painting and protection of metal surfaces, internal surfaces of process equipment for storage of oil and oil products. Substance of the invention consists in combination of polyurea with a solvent, activated carbon (BAU-A) and titanium dioxide (rutile), in the following ratios, wt, including: polyurea — 100; hardener — 64; solvent (S-4) — 70; titanium dioxide — 0.3–1; activated carbon (BAU-A) — 0.7–2.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an oil-and-petrol-resistant composite coating with protective properties against hydrogen sulphide corrosion and formation of pyrophoric deposits.
