FIELD: medicine; biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used in experimental medicine and biotechnology when determining effective measures of treating chronic infectious diseases of a person in conditions of simulation in preclinical experiments using modulated electromagnetic fields. Device for controlling sensitivity of cell cultures to viruses contains a container-test tube with a fixed volume of the tested cell culture, inductive sensor, damped periodic oscillation pulse generator, processor, second pulse generator and a timer setting the time interval of the electromagnetic field effect, connected through the processor to the control unit. Output of the inductive sensor is connected to the data input of the processor through the control unit and simultaneously to the data recorder obtained from the inductive sensor.
EFFECT: device is easy to use, makes it possible to carry out the process of controlling sensitivity of cell cultures to viruses by determining impedance values in the volume of CK when exposed to a virus and corresponding change in polarization of specific components of the solution.
