FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to fruit growing, soil science and agrochemistry. Method includes mechanical replacement of depleted soil of apple tree rhizosphere, carried out by the unit in two passes, with soil taken from the middle of row spacing, where tree roots do not penetrate, in the form of strips with width of 30 cm and depth of 55 cm. After replacing the soil, surface unevenness is eliminated by subsequent plantation ploughing with a plough.
EFFECT: method provides accelerated reconstruction of intensive apple plantations on a trellis.
