SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of controlling flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). To control the UAV, the UAV control system generates automatic flight control signals based on the data of the on-board sensors of the UAV control system, as well as generating commands at the control station for the UAV trajectory correction and/or changing its functions, which are transmitted to the UAV communication means by means of the control station communication means, at that, during electronic jamming of UAV communication equipment radio receivers, signaling to the control station using radio transmitters of communication equipment on the use of electronic jamming, using a backup radio channel with a radio receiver and an antenna, configured to be connected to the control system of the UAV, and also using a repeater configured to be spaced apart from the control point, and transmitting information to the UAV using a communication device, a radio transmitter, a repeater antenna in the medium and/or low frequency range.

EFFECT: higher flight safety and UAV survivability.
