FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: soil-cultivating roller is a hollow cylinder equipped with an axis (1) with ribs (2) evenly spaced around the circumference connecting the vertical discs (3), as well as the axis (1) of the hollow cylinder connected to the hitch and mounted for rotation separately from the vertical discs (3) through the transmission mechanism (5) mounted on the hitch (4). The ribs (2) are made in the form of perforated rounded plates, the radius of which is equal to the radius of the vertical disks (3). On the axis (1), plates (6) are installed radially at equal angles, at the ends of which blades (7) are installed perpendicular to the radius. The sharpening angle of the blades (7) is in the direction of rotation of the hollow cylinder. The distance between the blades (7) and the ribs (2) does not exceed the size of soil lumps specified by agrotechnical requirements.

EFFECT: improved quality of soil rolling and breakup of soil clods.
