FIELD: astronautics; physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to providing communication in information exchange systems (IES) with spacecraft (SC) for various purposes, specifically to systems for establishing communication with spacecraft in high-speed communication lines using highly directional antennae (HDA) and a system for pointing highly directional antennae. Technical result is achieved by creating a system for autonomous calculation of orbital motion parameters of a satellite communication system, comprising at least one spacecraft, GLONASS satellite navigation system navigation satellites, relay satellite, stationary and/or mobile earth station, and including satellite communication spacecraft orbital motion control systems, containing at least one low-speed subscriber communication line, at least one high-speed subscriber communication line and/or feeder communication line.
EFFECT: providing autonomous guidance of HDA in communication lines SC-earth station (ES) and SC-satellite-retransmitter (SR)-ES without participation of technical personnel of flight control centre (FCC), performing preliminary calculation of target designation (TD) of HDA guidance and scheduling of communication and control sessions (CCS).
