FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology. Subcutaneous implantation of cosmetic threads, injections of botulinum toxin and injections of fillers based on hyaluronic acid is performed in one session. At the first stage, subcutaneous implantation of cosmetic threads is performed first in the upper, then in the middle and further in the lower third of the face area, and in the submental area after the lower third. At the second stage, botulinum toxin is injected first into the forehead in amount of 20–30 units of botulinum toxin, further into the eyebrow area, in amount of 20–40 units of botulinum toxin, then in the area around the eyes, in amount 20–40 units of botulinum toxin, then to the area of the lower one-third of the face, in amount 12–40 units of botulinum toxin, and further into the neck, in amount 48–50 units of botulinum toxin. At the third stage, hyaluronic acid-based fillers are injected first into the area of nasolabial folds in amount of 0.5–1 ml of hyaluronic acid, then into labial folds, in amount of 0.5–1 ml of hyaluronic acid, further into the chin area, in amount 1 ml hyaluronic acid, then into the area of the lower jaw contour, in amount of 1–3 ml of hyaluronic acid, then to the cheekbones, in amount 1–2 ml of hyaluronic acid, then into the lip area in amount 0.5–1 ml of hyaluronic acid.
EFFECT: method enables to work out the upper, middle and lower third of the face and neck in one session, and also provides the effectiveness and safety of the procedures for the patients.
