SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery and cosmetology, and can be used for lip shape and volume correction. A needle end of a syringe with a medium-viscosity hyaluronic acid preparation is inserted into an upper or lower lip at the level of a subcutaneous fat layer or an underlying connective tissue layer of the upper or lower lip. Thereafter, the needle is brought parallel to the surface of the vermilion skin up to the transition zone into the mucosa along the entire length of the needle so that the needle does not shine through and runs without retractions. Then, fingers of the left hand are used to string the patient's lip skin onto the needle with subsequent transfer of the mucous membrane into the dry part or transition zone of the vermilion, and the preparation is introduced in a fan manner at the needle outlet. Thereafter, the needle is inserted laterally and below the place of the previous injection, and the preparation is distributed in a fan-like manner with intersection of the fans.
EFFECT: method enables evenly distributing the preparation in the subcutaneous and submucous layers of the lips and turning the vermilion through a fan-shaped technique of introducing the preparation and optimal selection of points and technique of introducing.
