FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in test laboratories for evaluating reliability of electronic component base products. Stand is made in the form of two posts. In the first post there are sections with power sources, temperature control units, handles for individual setting of electric mode. On the front panel of the second post there are sections of loading units, intended for installation of tested products into clamping contact devices, which press the tested products to individual heat-removing plates with thermistors located on them and connected to temperature control units. On the rear panel of the second post there are sections of thermostating units, one for each section of loading units. Setting and maintaining temperature on heat-removing plates is carried out by the stand thermal control system, arranged in thermostating unit and changing power supplied to heater. Each section of the second post is equipped with retractable shelves with tanks and headers for forced supply of liquid heat carrier to individual heat-removing plates by means of a centrifugal pump. Individual tap is provided to adjust the temperature of each heat-removing plate.

EFFECT: possibility of setting individual thermal and electrical conditions of tested articles.
