FIELD: space engineering; manufacture of thermostatted honeycomb panels with built-in liquid manifold.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in blowing the standard restrictor and liquid manifold. Hydraulic resistance of standard restrictor and liquid manifold is measured continuously during blowing under similar conditions of ambient air and separately at similar parameters of air at outlets: absolute pressure, temperature, humidity and flow rate of air. Measured hydraulic resistance of liquid manifold is compared with standard magnitude determined by means of measured magnitudes of restrictor hydraulic resistance. Device proposed for realization of this method is provided with temperature and absolute pressure meters; structurally it consists of two hydraulically parallel lines. Connection points of meters are hydraulically symmetric. Meters of similar types are used for both lines. Absolute pressure and hydraulic resistance meters are connected to respective points via similar cutoff valves. Electric outputs of meters are connected with computer through interface transducer.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of manufacture of liquid manifolds.
