FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of contaminated soils by microbiological methods, in particular to application of oil biosorbents for cleaning and recovery of oil-contaminated soils. Oil biosorbent for cleaning and recovery of oil-contaminated lands consists of sorbent-carrier, on which biopreparation is immobilized in liquid form. Biopreparation is based on a mixture of hydrocarbon-oxidising bacteria consisting of: Bacillus sp. VKM B-2815D and Bacillus simplex VKM B-2817D, effective in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from +5 to +40 °C and amino acids of partially replaceable L-ALPHA Arginine in the following ratio, wt. %: aqueous solution of amino acid partially replaceable L-ALPHA Arginine – 1 %; aqueous suspension of a mixture of hydrocarbon-oxidising bacteria in the composition: Bacillus sp. VKM B-2815D and Bacillus simplex VKM B-2817D, taken in equal ratios 1:1, with concentration of 1×109 microbial cells/cm3 – 99 %, immobilized on sorbent-carrier, in form of humus based on cattle manure with subsequent mixing, granulation and drying of obtained oil biosorbent at room temperature, at a ratio of components, wt. %: a liquid form of a biopreparation obtained from the amino acid partially replaceable L-ALPHA and a mixture of hydrocarbon-oxidising bacteria in the composition: Bacillus sp. VKM B-2815D and Bacillus simplex VKM B-2817D – 10 %, sorbent-carrier – 90 %, which provides oil biosorbent with satisfactory oil capacity equal to 4.5 g/g of oil when used in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from +5 to +40 °C, and ability to activate processes of microbiological activity in soils, which is sufficient for the use of oil biosorbent in a wide range of ambient temperatures from +5 to +40°C and promising for use of oil biosorbent for cleaning and recovery in various natural and climatic conditions.
EFFECT: oil biosorbent is easily accessible for execution, does not require expensive and time-consuming operations, has satisfactory oil capacity – 4_5 g/g of oil, and the ability to activate microbiological activity processes in oil-contaminated soils in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from +5 to +40 °C, which is promising for use of oil biosorbent for cleaning and recovery of oil-contaminated lands in various natural and climatic conditions.
