FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: line comprises an electrically driven support plate, on which at least two longitudinal and transverse cardboard workpieces installation units are mounted in series to form a grid, each of which is equipped with a loading magazine with a device for single-piece supply of workpieces, equipped with a pneumatic drive, and a device for unloading the finished grid. Each installation unit is equipped with a mechanism for forming workpieces into U-shaped longitudinal and transverse lamellae, made in the form of a horizontally mounted plate with a rectangular moulding hole and a punch mounted above it, for pressing of lamellae into carriage-matrix, made with possibility of movement along guides of support plate, made in the form of parallelepiped with through hole, fixing moulded lamellae. Working end face of each punch for forming longitudinal lamellae is made in the form of a plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the punch, and the punch for forming transverse lamellae is additionally equipped with slots for passage of vertical walls of longitudinal U-shaped lamellae. Unloading device is equipped with a pusher made in the form of a horizontally located plate on which thrusts-pushers are vertically mounted, or in the form of a plate made identical in shape and size to the through hole of the carriage-matrix.
