COMPOSITE PIPE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC F16L9/12

Abstract RU 2816745 C1

FIELD: transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pipes, in particular to composite reinforced multilayer pipes from chemically resistant materials, and can be used in transportation of various liquids and gases with increased (high) working pressure and is intended for trenchless laying of pipelines of various engineering networks by forcing pipes inside soil by methods of microtunneling, auger drilling, by puncture method, as well as sanitation of existing pipelines. Composite pipe for pressure and non-pressure pipelines, laid by open method or by microtunneling method, made by continuous winding on mandrel reinforcing fillers impregnated with binder with subsequent hardening, and comprising at least the following layers: an inner layer containing epoxy vinyl ester resin, chopped glass rovings and a basalt veil, a structural layer containing an unsaturated polyester resin, continuous basalt rovings, chopped glass rovings and dispersed filler, and an outer layer containing resin and a C-glass veil and/or basalt veil. Compositions of inner, structural and outer layers are described.

EFFECT: invention increases resistance to aggressive media, namely increases chemical resistance properties, increases strength characteristics due to the structure of the wall of the composite pipe.
