FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to composite products, namely to wood boards and a method of their production. Method includes applying binder composition on loose wood material, arrangement of resinous wood material in form of sheet and exposure of sheet to heat and pressure with hardening of binder composition and with formation of wood board. Binding composition is a sugar-based binding composition which contains polymerizable reagents, optional fillers and at least one additional additive in form of solid particles. Binder composition is applied on one or more separate veneers, one or more separate tarred veneers are placed in a stack of separate veneers. Direction of fibres in adjacent veneers is shifted, in particular, at a right angle. Stacks are exposed to heat and pressure to cure the binder composition to form plywood.

EFFECT: providing excellent hardening rates, bond strength, separation strength, tensile strength and reduced swelling properties, ease of use and good stability during storage, increased strength of the connection and reduced migration of the binder composition, reduced and/or absence of leakage of the binder composition.
