FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber industry and can be used in production of frost-resistant and aggressive-resistant sealing devices operable in medium of mineral or synthetic oils, as well as in production of various rubber articles. Rubber mixture contains butadiene-nitrile rubber BNKS-18 and BNKS-26, isoprene rubber SKI-3, butadiene rubber SKD, plasticiser – dibutyl sebacate, vulcanizing agent – sulfur, activators of vulcanization – zinc oxide, stearic acid, vulcanization accelerators – N,N'-dimorpholinedisulphide, sulphenamide C, anti-aging agent – neozone D, as filler contains technical carbon N774. Master mixture is prepared separately for production of rubber mixture by mixing of ingredients in rubber mixer at roll rotation speed 50±2 rpm, initial temperature 40±2 °C for 15±1 min, and namely butadiene-nitrile rubber BNKS-18 and BNKS-26, with subsequent addition at 5th minute of mixing dibutyl sebacate introduced as a plasticizer, and a first portion of technical carbon, which is 40 % of the total amount of filler. Main rubber mixture is obtained separately by mixing components in a rubber mixer at roll rotation speed of 50±2 rpm, initial temperature of 40±2 °C for 15±1 min, for this purpose, plasticization of butadiene rubber SKD and isoprene rubber SKI-3 is performed during 2±1 min, at the end of which at continuous mixing sulfur and the remaining portion of technical carbon are introduced, then with interval of 1–2 minutes stearic acid, zinc oxide, sulphenamide C, N,N'-dimorpholin disulfide, neozone D are added. Prepared master batch is introduced into the obtained rubber mixture 1–2 minutes later.
EFFECT: invention improves low-temperature properties of rubber, resistance to the effect of hydrocarbon and synthetic oils.
