FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to piezoelectric accelerometers. Three-component piezoelectric accelerometer contains a housing with a cubic inertial element installed in it with flat piezoelectric elements rigidly attached to its faces, the sensitivity axes of which are mutually perpendicular, in the inertial element there are three mutually perpendicular holes, the axes of which do not cross each other and coincide with the sensitivity axes of the piezoelectric elements, wherein spring-loaded fastener is fitted in every hole of inertial element for rigid fixation of piezoelectric elements between case and inertial element.
EFFECT: wider frequency range of a three-component piezoelectric accelerometer.
