FIELD: measurement technology, predominantly measurement of vibration parameters of various machines and mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration accelerometer has piezoelement coming in the form of rectangular parallelepiped with square base that is anchored on substrate. Matrix of piezomodules comes in the form of , where dij is piezomodule, C/N; i is index of piezoelectric field; j is deformation index. Current-conducting layer is made of current-conducting adhesive. Ribs of rectangular parallelepiped are free of current- conducting adhesive. Current-conducting layer on each lateral face has shape of rectangle. Charge of piezoelement for each side face is picked in one of points located in region of one vertex of rectangle of current-conducting layer on lateral face. Substrate is made of dielectric material. Square base is fixed on substrate by means of adhesive utilized for application of current-conducting layer.
