FIELD: wireless connection security.

SUBSTANCE: according to the method for establishing a wireless connection, the first signal power of the first computing device is first set below the standard power. At this power, a data packet including at least one supported service identifier is broadcast by the first computing device. When the second computing device is directed to the first computing device, the second signal power of the first computing device is set above the standard power. A data packet is received using a second computing device and the received data packet is checked. Upon confirmation that at least the provided service identifier is valid, the wireless connection is initiated using the second computing device and the wireless connection is established.

EFFECT: increased security and stability of the connection between any computing devices configured with the ability to establish a wireless connection.
