FIELD: medicine; physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for analyzing substances based on the X-ray fluorescence method. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that sample feeding device comprises a bearing panel located vertically, panel with a window for X-ray radiation selection, rigidly connected to the bearing panel, a linear rail guide mounted on the bearing panel, on which a carriage is installed with the possibility of movement, which is equipped with a removable lodgement for placing the measuring cuvette and means of its fixation, wherein the panel with the X-ray radiation selection window is located at an angle relative to the bearing panel, and the carriage support has a base surface, arranged to move above said window for sampling X-ray radiation at the same angle relative to the bearing panel, and two mounting cells with holes for measuring cuvettes, wherein the carriage is made with possibility of stopping in three positions, in two extreme of which above the window for selection of X-ray radiation there is an opening of one of the installation cells, and in the middle position, the lodgement covers the X-ray selection window, excluding the possibility of the X-ray radiation output through the said X-ray radiation selection window.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy and reliability of measurements.
