FIELD: grain processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: grain hulling machine comprises a housing having a perforated wall in the upper part, the diameter of holes in the wall is less than the diameter of the grain. Perforated wall is closed with a casing, which is connected to a vacuum hood, and fixed cone distributors are installed on the inner surface of the cylindrical housing, surface of distributors is coated with perforated elastic material, and contacting with movable rotating conical discs, the surface of which is also covered with perforated elastic material. At the same time the rotating conical disks are installed in cups with compression from above and from below by springs and are fixed on a movable rotating shaft with a lower drive for movement from an eccentric.

EFFECT: grain hulling machine allows to reduce metal consumption and increase productivity, thus providing higher quality grain peeling.
