FIELD: chemical mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rotating housing 1 with a perforated lateral wall, feeding branch pipe 3 with distributor 4 fastened on its output and made as a perforated plate, and glass 5 fixed coaxially in housing 1 with a gap and having slots in the lateral surface. Cross-sectional subdivided partitions 6 are fixed on wall 5 forming a gap with the perforated lateral wall of housing 1. The partitions have the diameter decreasing downwards and made as hollow frustums. Their tops are directed upwards. The angle between the outer surface of each frustum and the adjoining perforated wall of housing 1 makes up not less than 90 deg. The granulated material goes through input branch pipe 3 to distributor 4 and, as separate laminar flows, to glass 5 with partitions 6. From the glass the material is directed to the sections formed between the neighboring partitions and then to the rotating perforated lateral wall of housing 1. Out of the wall perforations the granulated material flows out in the shape of jets which decompose into drops and harden. EFFECT: enhanced uniformity of the granulated compound of the product at the output, improved technique of the liquid granulation. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
