SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hydraulic concrete and can be used in production of concrete and reinforced concrete structures at construction of hydraulic structures, operated in difficult, extreme hydraulic and meteorological conditions, as well as for runways of airfields, protective structures, underground storages and transport tunnels. Method of producing cement-zeolite composite for hydraulic concrete mixture includes cascade-mechanical activation of natural quarry zeolite to obtain an enriched product, purified from impurities, with a mineralogical composition containing, wt.%: clinoptilolite—32–36, montmorillonite—20–30, quartz—4.6–9.3, opal-cristobalite—22–24, calcite,—9–11, its subsequent thermal activation at temperature of 450–600 °C for 20–60 minutes, extraction of fraction 45 mcm to 5 mm and its ultrasonic treatment in acoustic flow reactor for cavitation treatment of liquid media with dispersion of zeolite to particle size of 29–40 nm with subsequent saturation of the obtained zeolite with a polycarboxylate-based hyperplasticiser in an enrichment plant and mixing said saturated zeolite with cement grade CEM-1 52.5N—“ЦЕМ-1 52.5Н” or with nanocement grade 50 at the following ratio of components, wt.%: said cement—85–92, said saturated zeolite—8–15.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a cement-zeolite composite for a hydrotechnical concrete mixture.
