FIELD: industrial wastewater disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial wastewater disposal, namely to the disposal of spent regeneration solutions and washing waters formed during the regeneration of ionite filters of a chemical desalination water treatment plant of a thermal electric central and other industrial enterprises. The installation includes an ionite filter, a water supply line for loosening, a water drain line after loosening, a regeneration solution supply line, a waste regeneration solution drain line, and a partially desalinated water supply line. The installation also contains tanks, lines for draining the ionite filter washing into tanks, a line for removing excess washing solution to prepare a regeneration solution, a line for supplying washing solution from tanks to wash the ionite filter. The installation allows for the repeated reuse and re-sequential use of water, regeneration solutions of varying degrees of purity from devices of subsequent stages of water treatment, recycling mixing with other wastewater.
EFFECT: reduction of water consumption for own needs, reduction of specific consumption of acid and alkaline reagents, reduction of the volume of highly mineralized wastewater, increase in the filter cycle.
