FIELD: medicine; angiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treating chronic lower limb ischemia (CLLI) of atherosclerotic genesis with occlusion of the aorto-femoral segment. Conservative treatment of CLLI and additional paravasal introduction of the preparation of plasmid deoxyribonucleic acid are carried out. A preparation of plasmid deoxyribonucleic acid in dosage of 2.4 mg is dissolved in 30 ml of water for injections and injected into the gluteal muscles and muscles of the affected extremity, the preparation is introduced in divided doses of 1 ml of the solution. 7 injections are made in the area of the piriform muscle in the projection of the inferior gluteal artery, the superior gluteal artery, the obturator artery. 2 injections are administered in a projection of the medial artery enveloping the femoral bone above the greater trochanter of the femur and into the area of the lateral artery enveloping the femoral bone under the greater trochanter of the femur. 6 injections are performed in a projection of branches of a deep femoral artery along an anterior and a lateral surface in an upper and middle one-third of a thigh. That is followed by 5 injections along the main arteries into the muscles of the middle and lower one-thirds of the thigh along the anterior and lateral surfaces in the projection of the branches of the deep artery. Then 6 injections are performed in shin muscles in projection of posterior and anterior tibial artery, along each artery. Two weeks later, the introduction of the preparation of plasmid deoxyribonucleic acid according to the proposed scheme is repeated.
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of the treatment of CLLI, is low-traumatic, enables to control the ingress of the preparation directly into the required treatment area, enables to form a large number of small intervascular messages, which leads to a significant improvement in the blood supply to the extremity, the preparation is introduced into the muscles depending on the level of arterial occlusion, that is, individual approach to the patient is used.
