SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel therapeutic peptides and can be used in medicine. Invention discloses a new peptide analogue of glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), modified by inclusion of one or more separate amino acid substitutions and conjugated with a fatty acid with or without a linker to provide increased antagonist activity and an improved pharmacokinetic profile.
EFFECT: invention can be used in medical practice for prevention or treatment of various metabolic diseases.
