FIELD: construction; metal structures with a roof.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to the assembly of metal structures with a roof, such as gazebos and barbecue areas. A method for assembling a metal structure with a roof includes mounting a frame at the first stage, with the main vertical part of the frame being end posts made of composites, with the stand made of two elements of the main lower end post for fastening table tops, shelves and slats and an upper end post for fastening roofing sheets, end post elements are fastened together with threaded connections. Then tabletops and shelves are attached to each lower end rack with threaded connections from the inside of the rack, tables from the outside to the other side opposite to the surface of the lower rack. Additional legs are attached to the tabletops and shelves with threaded connections, thereby fastening all the listed parts into a single structure, with one leg attached to the back side of the frame, the second at a distance from the first, between the resulting two mirror halves of the future structure, additional central shelves, strips or tabletops are installed. Moreover, the design uses a gusset with three holes, which is attached to threaded connections, fastening together additional legs with shelves, slats or tabletops. Additional central shelves, slats or tabletops are attached to threaded connections to each additional leg and to each resulting half. In addition, between two additional legs it is attached to either one or both sides on the threaded connections, a support strip, on the back side of the resulting structure in the upper part, a longitudinal strip is attached to the threaded connections with an overlap on the main lower end posts, fastening them, while this part is installed horizontally. The structure is completed by assembling the roof with the roofing part, which is performed in one, two, three or five slopes, for which the upper end posts and roofing sheets are used to form the roof. Each roofing sheet is attached to threaded connections or welded to the upper end posts at a given height from each other, the height is set when cutting the upper end racks depending on the required height and size of the structure of the finished product, then the assembled roof with the roofing part is brought together by the upper end of the rack with the lower end rack and the lower end and fastened together with threaded connections. In addition, barbecues and grills installed in a metal structure are equipped with a grill grate, which is assembled from two slats made of sheet steel with holes, with one side on each slat being bent 360°, thereby forming a groove for the diameter of the rod, the other side of the slats is bent 90°, creating a shelf-limiter. In this case, the strips are connected to each other with a rod and each rod is welded to each strip on both sides. The method makes it possible to increase the rigidity of the structure, reduce the risk of injury to the end user, and reduce the cost and labour costs for manufacturing and assembling the structure.
EFFECT: increasing the rigidity of the structure, manufacturing a completely collapsible roofing part of the roof, eliminating large-sized parts and elements from structures, significantly reducing the cost of packaging and transporting the finished structure, reducing the cost and labour costs for manufacturing and assembling the structure, reducing the risk of injury to the end user in the process operation of structures.
