FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to assembly of metal structures with a roof, such as gazebo, and barbeque zones. Method of assembling a metal structure comprises mounting the frame at a first step, wherein frame is formed of main vertical elements of frame – end posts, which are made either composite, fixed to each other by bolt connections, or solid; then tables and flanges are attached to stands, to end outer part or to inner part of post; then planks with carved patterned elements are installed, this part is installed horizontally between end posts in upper part; completion of construction of roofing part, which is performed either single-, or double- or three-pitch, at that, for the roofing part manufacturing, end posts and roof sheets are used, at that, the roof sheets are welded to the end posts at the specified height, wherein metal elements of frame are cut on plasma machine, ribs are formed on sheet bending, places of geometric shapes of the structure are achieved by boiling, all of the above-mentioned parts are connected in series to bolt joints, according to this technology grilles are made, which consists of two plates made from sheet steel, with holes, wherein one side on each plank is bent by 360°, so that inner radius of bend is equal to bar radius, thereby forming groove for rod diameter, other side of planks bends by 90°, creating flange-limiter; planks are connected to each other by a rod and each rod is welded to each plate on both sides.
EFFECT: high rigidity of the structure, reduced risk of injury to the end user, low cost and labor input for fabrication and assembly of the structure, reduced dimensions of packing of structures in disassembled form and transportation costs.
