SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection, in particular to devices for removing oil, oil products, oils, fatty films and other lubricants floating on the surface of water, and can be used in any industry related to removal of organic compounds from water surface. Purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the installation due to the use of gear wheels, autonomy and mobility, and the possibility of working in confined spaces. Belt installation consists of the following elements: installation frame 3, made in the form of a cuboid, at the corners of which there are adjustable rollers 2 with the possibility of tensioning rubberized belt 1 with them, side upper rollers are equipped with electric motors 4 with drive gear wheels 14 connected to adjustable rollers 13 gear wheels, which provide the adjustable rollers reliable and smooth running, cable 10 for connecting electric motors 4, ballast 5, fixed on the frame of cuboid 3 so that to keep the upper part of the installation afloat, an adjustable rubber prefabricated scraper with walls 6, collecting tray 7 with holes 16, fixed on frame 3, having pin 15 for adjusting the angle of the rubber collecting scraper, collecting pipeline 8 connecting collecting tray 7 with settling tank 9 for collecting oil and oil products. Settling tank 9 is equipped with load sensor 12 and is located on pontoon 11, which is connected to frame of installation 3.

EFFECT: in the proposed design, there is no wear of the gear parts of the rollers of the installation due to the rigid connection of the gear wheels of the rollers, as a result, the reliability of the installation is increased, as well as plant autonomy due to use in the design of the settling tank, which can collect oil or oil products, the installation is equipped with a loading sensor for shutting down the plant during filling; installation can be used in hard-to-reach places due to its mobility and dimensions, all these factors have a positive effect on the collection of floating oil contaminants from the water surface, and also solves the problem of collection and reuse of oil and oil products; this device can be used in industry for elimination of consequences of accidents, for example, oil or oil products spill on water surface.
