FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used for production of construction articles and structures in technology of additive production by method of layer-by-layer extrusion (3D-printing) of crude mixture. Gypsum-cement-pozzolanic concrete mixture for extrusion on 3D printer contains, wt.%: portland cement containing, wt.%: tricalcium silicate 63.0, tricalcium aluminate 6.1, 5.59, hemihydrate gypsum 16.7, quartz sand with fineness modulus 3 and moisture content of 1–3% 54.7–55.8, superplasticiser based on sodium salts of polymethylene naphthalene sulphonic acids "Polyplast СП-1" 0.07–0.08, setting and hardening time regulator – "БЕСТ-ТБ" 0.05, bio-silica with hydraulic activity of not less than 1,400 mg/g, degree of grinding not less than 1,100 m2/kg 5.59, sodium methylsilanthriol "ГКЖ-11Н" 0.007–0.008, water – the rest.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of portland cement in concrete mixture, increased stability of shape, resistance to penetration, high ultimate bending strength of hardened composites printed on 3D printer, low average density of the composites while ensuring their water resistance.
