FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymer materials and can be used for production of engineering products in various industries, as well as in the field of environmental protection. A method of producing filled polyurethane, which involves preparing a composition using a pre-prepared filler and target additives. Filler preparation is based on grinding hardened phenol-formaldehyde resin, grinding phenoplastic foam and their wastes or a mixture of the listed polymer materials in any ratio as a filler, followed by obtaining polyurethane with the following ratio of components, wt.pts.: 100 polyurethane; 10–400 crushed hardened phenolic plastic, crushed phenolic foam, wastes or mixtures thereof in any ratio; 0.1–3 target additives.
EFFECT: proposed in invention approach allows to improve physical-mechanical and operational characteristics of materials based on polyurethane, and also allows to solve environmental problems by reducing the amount of phenolic wastes; besides, the method allows to obtain filled polyurethane with the specified density and to reduce the cost of products.
