FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agro-industrial complex, flour-milling and elevator and compound feed industry. Seed cleaning machine with an automated system for controlling the cleaning of seed material comprises an upper single-tier and a lower two-tier shaker shoes installed with the possibility of performing a harmonic oscillating movement, system for determining quality of seed material cleaning, pneumatic separator. Above sieves of the upper shaker shoe there is a chain-scraper conveyor-agitator. To clean the sieves of the two-tier shaker shoe, no more than four brushes are provided along the width of the lower sieve of the lower shaker shoe, installed with possibility of oscillation due to the fact that on the same line with the main connecting rod the additional connecting rod is located in parallel, connected with brushes located on top of sieve of lower shaker shoe for seeds cleaning with possibility of synchronous movement with main connecting rod. Under the sieves of the lower tier of the lower shaker shoe and the upper single-tier shaker shoe there are grain boards. Between the tiers of sieves of the lower shaker shoe there are grain boards installed with possibility of rotation. Rotary grain boards have such length that, when turned and installed along the line connecting their axis of rotation, they form a rectilinear plane impermeable for particles of the processed material. Lower shaker shoe is equipped with a feeder-divider for supply of two flows of the same throughput capacity of I and II grades of the processed material to sieves of both tiers of the lower shaker shoe during their parallel operation. For supply of all processed material to the upper tier of sieves of the lower shaker shoe during successive operation of its tiers, a feeding device is provided. System for determining the quality of cleaning seed material consists of receiving devices, interconnected multimedia devices, conveyors, personal computer, electronic control unit, accumulation bins with valves-distributors for collection of cleaned seed material of I and II grade, pneumatic separator. Multimedia devices are located above conveyors of cleaned seed material of I and II grade and are connected to a personal computer. Conveyors are located above inlet holes of accumulating bins. Conveyors, control valves, pneumatic separator and personal computer are connected to electronic control unit.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensity and improved quality of seed material cleaning.
