FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and may be used in postharvest treatment of grains, legumes, industrial and oil-bearing crops for cleaning of seeds from impurities. Grain-cleaning air-screen machine consists of frame, receiving chamber with feed roller, cargo valve and scaling roller, air part with channel of first and two channels of second aspiration and sedimentation chamber with discharge screw of light and heavy impurities, suspended on frame and operating in parallel in antiphase of upper and lower sieve banks, made by two-level water-proof plywood with ball cleaning and lower tier flow troughs, eccentric shaft with connecting rods, as well as electric drive. Upper mill is equipped with a louvre sieve and a load divider for both rolling mills. Air channels of the second aspiration are made in the form of two adjacent vertical channels having a common inner wall and, each, an input opening of the main material from the bottom tier of the corresponding sieve. In the first air channel of the second aspiration, two sloping boards are installed at an angle to each other, rigidly fixed by their longitudinal edges on the internal and external walls so that the upper ends of the boards are connected to each other under the input tray of the upper mill along its middle line, and the lower ends – along lateral sides of lower mill tailing tray.

EFFECT: increased quality of separated material cleaning.
