First signaling is configured to indicate a first frequency-time resource of at least one possible physical downlink control channel or a second frequency-time resource. First frequency-time resource is a frequency-time resource in a possible physical downlink control channel for downlink physical control channel transmission mode based on multiple reception and transmission points (TRP), and the second frequency-time resource is based on one reception and transmission point (TRP).
EFFECT: high probability of successful reception and decoding of downlink control information.
