Performs communication of at least a first type and a second type with a network device using a target common beam, wherein the first type of communication includes channel communication, and the second type of communication includes communication of a reference signal. First indication information includes a target common transmission configuration indicator (TCI) index or a combination of target common TCI state indices.

EFFECT: enabling indication of a beam corresponding to at least two types of communication by means of a target common beam to reduce the amount of transmitted overhead information.
