FIELD: ventilation systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation systems of agricultural products in cylindrical bins and can be used for ventilation of agricultural products in the form of grains, seeds, cereals, granulated extraction cake. System for ventilation of agricultural products in cylindrical bins includes sectional hollow aerators, located in the bunker vertically from the inner side of its wall at an equal distance from each other, a ventilation pipe installed vertically in the bin, which is directed towards an air outlet made in the centre of the bin cover, supplying air ducts located at the outer side of the bin wall and equipped with air injection devices. Each section of the sectional hollow aerator includes a rear element in the form of a plate bolted to the bin wall, and front element, on convex surfaces of which there are holes with diameters smaller than diameter of particles of agricultural products, front element is additionally equipped with sides, which rests through the gasket on the rear element, and is fixed with screws. Also, each section of the sectional hollow aerator is covered from above with a plug, and from below is connected to an elbow inlet channel brought to the outer side of the bin wall and connected to the supply air duct through a shutoff and control device. Sections in the sectional hollow aerator are located with gaps providing for the location of the plug and the cranked inlet channel, and closed by casings having the same shape as the front element of the section. Casing is bolted to the bin wall. Ventilation pipe, having holes with diameters smaller than the diameter of particles of agricultural products, evenly distributed along the height and circumference, is fixed by the lower end to the support installed in the centre of the bin floor, and the upper part is fixed by chains to the bin cover, in the upper end of the ventilation pipe there is a suction mechanism, and a cover is installed on top of the ventilation pipe.

EFFECT: use of the proposed system for ventilation of agricultural products in cylindrical bins will make it possible to ensure storage of agricultural products in the form of grain, seeds, cereals, granulated meal with minimum losses.
