SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to a new type of automotive shovel with scraper. Automotive device for cleaning ice and snow, consisting of a shovel and a scraper, fixed on the shovel handle, wherein the shovel includes a scoop-shaped blade equipped with stiffness ribs, and a handle with a D-shaped handle, also equipped with stiffness ribs, having a cross-section D-shaped section; scraper, in turn, has a longitudinal handle with a U-shaped cross section and a scraping edge, wherein the scraper handle has ledges on two edges along the entire length of the handle. Method of scraper fixation on the shovel, characterized by the fact that the scraper is placed on the shovel handle closer to the shovel handle, and then the scraper is moved along the handle closer to the scoop-shaped blade for further fixation of the scraper on the shovel due to protrusions on two edges along the entire length of the scraper handle and due to the fact that the scraper handle with the U-shaped cross section is comparable with the shovel handle with the D-shaped cross section, and the shovel handle width increases from the shovel handle to the scoop-shaped blade.

EFFECT: increased reliability of scraper attachment to the shovel, reduced storage space in the vehicle, as well as expanded functional properties of the shovel.
