SUBSTANCE: shovel comprises a blade which can be connected by the flexible thrust adjustable in length with an additional handle, a shank. The shank can be equipped with a handle or a grip, including telescopic handle located at the opposite end from the blade. The shank can be made releasable, parts of which have the possibility of relative movement and fixation, or single-part. A single-part shank, parts of telescopic handle, parts of releasable shank are made of tubes of square or rectangular cross-section. The tubes can be made of composite materials or metal. When making the parts of the shank of the metal all metal parts and the parts of the shovel are made only from constructional steel or only from stainless steel, or only from titanium-based alloys. The blade is a working body of round-point shovels for soil treatment, including the blade of universal multifunctional shovels, or blade of square-point, mining, ore mining, metallurgic, rock, gathering, mortar, square-point-grain and other shovels for moving soil, loose and granular materials (sand, grain, gravel, coal, snow, ore, rock, asphalt, etc.) and the viscous materials (solution, slurry, mud). The blade is made with or without socket. The blade may be equipped with eyelets, which holes are located outside the working surface of the blade. To secure the flexible thrust the holes can be made in the blade for fixing the flexible thrust in them with or without use of tools.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to reduce fatigue of the worker due to reducing the load on the body of the worker.
