FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring of ground cover at different depths during operation of oil production derricks using devices. Disclosed is a device for monitoring safety of operation of drilling rigs, comprising a fibre-optic cable, wherein said device is made magneto-optical and comprises sealed housing 1 with first round or elliptical magnet 2 arranged at its bottom. First magnet 2 is installed with the negative pole to the bottom of sealed housing 1 and the positive pole to the positive pole of second magnet 3 of round or elliptical shape, which is located in the middle part of housing 1 above magnet 2. Second magnet 3 is movable due to the repulsive effect from first magnet 2. In the upper part of housing 1, fibre-optic cable 4 with an open end section 5, which is sensitive to light radiation, is also installed, which is a receiver of air waves from moving magnet 3, from which air waves are transmitted to end section 5. Device also has interrogator 6, the input of which is connected to end section 5 of fibre-optic cable 4, and the output to the input of resolver 7, in which the received signals are analysed and a data bank of portraits of defective events is located. Output of resolver 7 is connected to computer 8, on the screen of which images are displayed in the form of a three-dimensional model of the section of the controlled drilling rig.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of the device with provision of possibility to control mechanical and vibration deformations occurring in layers of the earth cover at different depths.
