SUBSTANCE: telemetry impulses detecting device is proposed, containing: the optical splitter, the light source, optically connected to the optical splitter, the photodetector, optically connected to the optical splitter, the reference loop, optically connected to the optical splitter, the touch sensitive loop, optically connected to the reference loop and the optical splitter and the reference loop body, containing inside at least the mentioned reference loop. The body is filled with the elastomeric or wax material to absorb the effects of external vibrations on the reference loop.

EFFECT: improves the accuracy of pressure impulses receipt by reducing the effect of external noises and vibrations on the reference loop.
