FIELD: regenerative medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biocompatible bone replacement plastic construct. Biocompatible bone-replacing plastic construction for filling bone defects with repetition of shape consists of a filler in the form of a mixture of nanostructured hydroxyapatite and nanodispersed cerium dioxide at a weight ratio of 0.65:0.15 with addition of an initiator in the form of an aqueous suspension of 0.5 M L-alpha, beta-diaminovaleric acid with a weight fraction of 0.2 followed by drying in a vacuum furnace at temperature of 50 °C for 1 hour, adding a hardening liquid to the obtained dry mixture to obtain a plastic mass, wherein the hardening liquid is a suspension of cellulose in concentration of 0.1% in 5% solution of oxalic acid and 3% solution of potassium alginate in a weight ratio of 0.4:1, mass fraction of hardening liquid to dry mixture is 0.2:1, with subsequent addition of hardener in form of 10% sodium chloride solution to plastic mass at weight ratio of 0.2:1.
EFFECT: invention described above enables to obtain an osteoplastic material which effectively repairs bone defects.
