FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry, and is intended for use in osteoplastic surgery of defects of jaw bone tissue of pre-implantation, as well as in reconstructive periodontium surgery and directed bone regeneration for bone volume replacement. Soft tissues are incised along the lower edge of the lower jaw body up to 2 cm long, a hole is prepared in the jaw bone tissue with diameter of 4–5 mm and a depth of about 4 mm using a boron of the corresponding diameter and cooling with normal saline. Formed bone defects are filled with bone demineralized xenogenic graft enriched with Platelet-rich plasma with nanoCeO2, with subsequent irradiation of the defect area with a diode laser, which generates pulsed radiation with a nanosecond radiation frequency of 2 Hz and wavelength of 1265 nm. Laser irradiation of the regeneration area is carried out in a circular motion for 2 minutes. Then bone defects are covered with collagen membrane, and soft tissues are closed tightly with bioresorbable suture material.
EFFECT: by increasing the proliferative activity of all cellular elements, including osteoblasts, macrophages, as well as vascular endothelial cells, the method enables to accelerate the bone tissue regeneration processes at the defect site.
