SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treating skin diseases. Disclosed is a method of treating chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a daily dose of approximately 10 mg to approximately 100 mg of a compound of formula

where the term "approximately" means +/−10%.
EFFECT: invention provides safe and effective treatment of spontaneous chronic urticaria.
